Before you decide
Is this actually Remi?
No, and it will never pretend to be. Remi is not reading your messages and she is not typing back. Levvi is an AI coach built from her twelve session curriculum, the same program she runs with private clients. She still coaches privately if what you want is her, in the room.
What happens to what I tell it?
It is saved to your account so the coach can bring it back to you later. That is the entire reason it is kept. It is not sold, it is not handed to advertisers or data brokers, and it is not used to train anyone else’s model.
Is my data private?
Your entries live in a managed Postgres database with row level security switched on, which means the app can only ever hand you your own rows. One account cannot read another account’s data. The full privacy policy is linked at the bottom of this page.
When do I pay?
Not today. Nothing on this page charges you and there is no card field anywhere in it. When a spot opens we email you, you do the free Discovery Call first, and you only pay if you decide to open session one. The monthly plan cancels from your settings whenever you want. The four month program is a single payment rather than a subscription.
What if I need a real person?
Every screen has a Get help link with real crisis and referral numbers, and it is there whether you go looking for it or not. The app also watches for the moments when it should stop coaching and point you at a person instead. If the person you want is Remi, she takes private clients.
What if I miss a week?
Nothing locks and nothing expires. You pick it back up where you left off, and the first thing it will ask you is what went well.
