Terms of Service

Levvi by Remi is an accountability coaching app built on the coaching method of Remi Stern. It helps you notice patterns, set intentions, and follow through.

It is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and it is not a crisis service. Remi Stern is a life coach, not a licensed doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist. Nothing in the app, including anything the AI coach says, is a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional help. If something feels bigger than day-to-day accountability, use the "Get help" link in the web app or the crisis resources the phone app surfaces. If you are in crisis, contact 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline directly.

You must be at least 17 years old. Setup asks your age (web) or birthdate (phone) and blocks you from finishing setup or using the app if you are under 17. If setup is blocked, the partial account is not usable and we delete it on request.

Access is currently invite-only. Do not share your invite or your account with anyone else; each account is for one person’s own personal use.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you sign in with Google or Apple on the web app, that provider’s own terms also apply to the sign-in step.

Tell us promptly at remi@levvibyremi.com if you think someone else has access to your account.

Use Levvi for your own personal accountability. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the app or other accounts, and do not attempt to manipulate the AI coach into ignoring its safety instructions.

Only enter information about yourself. Do not put other people’s private information into the app.

The coaching feature is generated automatically by an AI model (Claude, built by Anthropic) and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat it as a prompt to reflect and follow through, not as professional advice, and use your own judgment.

Your messages are automatically scanned for crisis-related language before a reply is generated, and the coach’s replies are reviewed automatically after you have seen them. A reply may be limited to safety resources when a check fires. This is a safety net, not a monitored emergency service, and it is not for emergencies.

What you write in the app is yours. You grant Levvi permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the app to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The app itself, the Levvi by Remi name and branding, and the underlying coaching method and materials belong to their owners (Levvi by Remi LLC and/or Remi Stern). Using the app does not give you rights to them.

Levvi by Remi is currently free during this private phase. Nothing can be charged to you today, and before any charge is ever possible you will be shown the real price and what you are agreeing to first.

Once paid plans go live: subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. For purchases made through our website, you can cancel any time from your account or billing portal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not refund the unused part of a period you already started. If you ever subscribe through Apple inside the iPhone app, Apple handles that billing: you cancel in your Apple subscription settings, and refunds for those purchases are requested from and decided by Apple.

One-time program purchases are a single charge for a fixed period of access. If you have not meaningfully started the program, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund; once you have substantially accessed the materials, the purchase is not refundable. Anything outside these cases is handled case by case at remi@levvibyremi.com.

This is an early private build. It is provided as is, without warranties, and may change, break, or be unavailable while we work on it.

To the extent the law allows, Levvi by Remi LLC and its team are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability in ways the law does not allow.

You can stop using Levvi and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we pause the test.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
